Terms, cancellation and refunds

Fieldwork UTM Pro
- Pro is a subscription at $5 per month or $39 per year, in US dollars, billed through ExtensionPay and Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from the extension's Settings (Manage subscription) or by emailing support@fieldworkgtm.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: email us within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund that charge in full.
- If a payment fails or a subscription ends, the extension returns to the free plan. Your presets, rules and history stay in your browser.
Spreadsheet templates
- Templates are digital files delivered right after purchase on Etsy or Gumroad. Because they can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.
- If a file won't open, a formula is broken, or the template doesn't match its description, email support@fieldworkgtm.com within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
- Your purchase is a license for you or your business to use and edit the template. Please don't resell or redistribute the files.
Using our products
Fieldwork products help you organize your work. Their results depend on the information you enter, so check anything important before you rely on it. Products are provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Fieldwork isn't liable for indirect losses from their use.
