Privacy policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
This policy covers fieldworkgtm.com, the Fieldwork UTM Chrome extension and Fieldwork's spreadsheet templates. Fieldwork collects as little as possible. None of our products needs an account, and none sends your work to us.
Fieldwork UTM (Chrome extension)
- What it stores: the presets, naming rules and link history you create. They are stored only in your browser, using Chrome's local extension storage, and are never sent to Fieldwork or anyone else. Uninstalling the extension deletes them.
- The current tab's address is read only when you open the extension, so it can be filled in as the link to tag. It is saved, in your browser, only if you copy a tagged link.
- What it does not do: read or change the content of web pages, track your browsing, use analytics, show ads, or sell or share data.
- Payments: if you upgrade to Pro, checkout is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. They collect your email address and payment details to process your subscription. Fieldwork never sees your card details. The extension contacts extensionpay.com to check whether your subscription is active.
Spreadsheet templates
Templates are sold through Etsy and Gumroad, which process payment and share your name and email with us so we can deliver the file and answer support requests. We use that information only for those purposes. The templates contain no tracking and send nothing anywhere.
This website
fieldworkgtm.com uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Your choices
You can delete extension data at any time from its Settings, or by uninstalling it. To ask about or delete anything we hold from a purchase, email support@fieldworkgtm.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes to how the extension handles data will also be noted in its Chrome Web Store listing.
